Required qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum six months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- TWIC card
- Comfortable with night driving

Compensation
Pay and bonuses
- $0.66 CPM
- Average weekly pay: $1,653
- Average annual pay: $65,000–$79,500
- Hourly pay: $29.00
- Stop pay: $27.00
- Delay pay: $25.00
- $500 new-hire transition bonus paid in full on the second paycheck
- $3,000 referral bonus: $1,000 on the second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days and $1,000 at 120 days
Regional operation
Route and schedule
- Hiring within 80 miles of Bridgeport, NJ
- Lanes covering NJ, PA, MD, NY, MA, CT and DE
- Average 1,896 miles per week
- Average nine stops per week
- Sunday afternoon through Friday evening
- Loads dispatch at 2:30 PM and 5:30 PM
- Home weekly, with potential home time during the week
- Weekends home for a 34-hour reset

- 53-foot swing-door trailers
- Medical-supply freight
- Drop-and-hook and dock deliveries
- Minimal-touch freight
- On-site parking
- Trucks governed at 65 MPH
